Get Clear Skin NOW

You don't have to be 13 and going through puberty to get zits, most women get acne in their mid 20's and continue to deal with it into their 40's and 50's.  Yup oh what fun hormones can be!  Diet is one way to help control the situation but doesn't completely clear it up.  Topicals can help as well as supplements.  The big question is what do you use and what's the right combo?

CLEANSING

1.  Wash your face with a very mild, all natural cleanser.  NO harsh cleansers containing ANY acne medication.  I prefer Derma e Hyaluronic Cleanser, it's gentle and gives moisture without oil and is all natural.

2.  Use your hands instead of a wash cloth when using the cleanser.  Scrubbing only exacerbates problem skin.  If you wear face makeup use an all natural makeup remover wipe first, prior to using the cleanser, just be as gentle as possible.  Try Blum Naturals makeup remover towelettes.

3.  Pat your face dry very gently with a towel DO NOT rub, again, gentle, gentle, gentle.

4. Apply your favorite moisturizer, an all natural product is best.  Derma e also makes a wonderful Hyaluronic day cream as well as night cream.  It's perfectly fine to use the day cream both at night and during the day as there really is no need to purchase both.

5.  Give the moisturizer about 3 minutes to fully absorb into the skin and dry.

6.  Apply AcneFree Acne & Blackhead TERMINATOR containing 5% micro-benzoyl peroxide all over your face (or just where you tend to break out) in a light mask like coating.  Allow to dry and go to bed.  When doing this routine in the morning, wait for the light coating to dry thoroughly and then apply an all natural chemical free sunscreen, then your foundation if you wear it.  You don't want to use a regular 5% or a 10% benzoyl peroxide cream, that will be way too harsh and give you horrible after math on your skin.  The lower the concentration the better it will work.  When I say "regular" 5% I mean the kind that is not micro-benzoyl.  The AcneFree brand contains an advanced micro-benzoyl peroxide that is gentle on the skin and also contains ingredients that help with redness.  Like most benzoyl creams AcneFree DOES NOT contain propylene glycol or parabens!

FOOD:

1.  Cut out dairy:  Milk and cheese.  These dairy products contain added hormones that are injected into the cows for mass production etc.  So not only is your body/liver having to filter out your own used hormones but also these extra hormones.  Butter is also a culprit.

2.  Most already eat a trans fat free diet just for health purposes in general, but if you don't care about your health and are just "vain" about your skin/face you MUST cut this crap out of your diet.  Also stay away from canola oil, it's a manufactured oil made from rape seeds that Canada first founded and started pushing this crap in the USA.  Hence where the name came from CAN OLA .....CAN ADA.  Google Canola oil and you won't want it near you.  Bugs don't even want it near them, in fact it acts as a pesticide, just spray it on your plants and bugs will stay far away!

3.  Try to eat a more alkaline diet and cut down on your acidic foods, this includes coffee YES coffee.  You don't have to exclude it but cut down on it and add more alkaline foods to counter act the acidic.  You can google alkaline and acidic foods where you will find charts that you can print out and hang on your fridge.

4.  Incorporate more healthy fats such as:  Organic coconut oil, avocado, almonds and fish oil.  Your fish oil can be taken in pill form as well (see supplements)

5.  Stay away from sodium nitrates which is a known skin irritant.  This would wipe your fridge clean of any processed meats like lunch meat, bacon, pepperoni and so on.

6.  Incorporate more fresh veggies into your diet.  You can also eat fruit but eat only fruit with low sugar content.  Berries are your best bet as well as grapefruit.  Lemons are good, even though they are initially acidic they turn alkaline in the body.

7.  Wheat can have an effect on the skin.  Most allergens such as soy and wheat are generally crap for the skin as well.  There are plenty of alternatives to replace your nasty white or wheat bread.  Such as tapioca bread, millet bread, or brown rice bread.

SUPPLEMENTS

1.  Include the following supplements into your regimen:  Borage oil (great for balancing hormones and alleviates PMS as well) Omega 3's (Fish Oil)  I like Nordic Naturals it's the purest form of fish oil, Zinc, and Vitamin C.

Look, I know you've searched the internet and found a bunch of bullshit or some selfish ass trying to get you to purchase his "how to" about how to clear your face, and to be honest it gets annoying but I promise if you follow this you WILL see results.

Black Friday shoppers are diluted....with coffee

What are these crazy people thinking?  Getting up at 2am to be at the store in line by 4am or never even going to sleep in the first place and just staying up all night into Black Friday.  I mean seriously, what are these people?  High?

Personally, I'd rather pay the extra 20, 40, 100 dollars more to not have to deal with a herd of cattle in their pajamas and slippers pushing and shoving me around over a fucking barbie doll or HD Tv.  I'd rather sit home in my pajamas or hell, in the nude, if I want and order everything I want to get online.  That's why we have online shopping, people!!  Helloooooo?

I wonder how many of these Black Friday idiots will be getting pulled over on the streets caught DWC'ing it.  aka:  driving while caffeinated?  I mean can you imagine the state of mind these people are in?  Picture it, shaky hands, talking out of control faster than you can understand them and their eyes bulging out of their skulls?  Wooooow if you want part of that than by all means go for it!  The only way you'd get me up out of bed that early to any sale at all is if they were giving away Ryan Reynolds center court at the mall to the first person in line.  Now THAT I'd be involved in and prooooooobably would show up nude for.

Happy Black Friday psycho's!!!

If you're not "happy" does that mean you're "unhappy"?

Sometimes I get into these weird theories in my head (call me bored sometimes) and begin to ponder odd shit, like this one. If you're not "happy" does that mean you're "unhappy"? After much thought I decided that no absolutely not. I mean is the opposite of happy really unhappy?  You'd be close minded to think that yes it is.  In reality, if you think about it, if you're not "happy" you could be one of many things:  complacent, going with the flow, riding it out, not putting thought into anything at all and be on auto pilot etc.  Do one of these describe you?

It may describe an array of people especially those that are in relationships with somebody. Just because you're not happy in your relationship does it mean you're unhappy?  I'm gonna say no.  Again you may just be complacent in the relationship and just do what you do everyday and realize it is what it is and go on with your life.  If you peel the onion (so to speak) even further, you will see that we are responsible for our own happiness in the first place.  However, so many people rely on their spouses to "make them happy" when really it's not their responsibility at all!  If you're unhappy, or complacent or just going with the flow, you are the ONLY one to change that situation nobody else can.  I believe when one realizes this they will become a better person and perhaps have a more eventful life or at least have one that's a tad bit more interesting than it was before they started taking responsibility for their own shit.  I mean why in the hell would you want to place that much trust in anybody anyways?  If you are relying on someone else to make you happy that takes a ton of trust and faith in another human being don't you think?  What if they don't come through?  What if they fail?  The answer is they will always fail and you will always have the same life with that person .........period.  It always amazes me how people are willing to put that much faith and trust in human beings and not acknowledge God or if they do, not trust him to help you out.  Regardless of your faith, whether you're just a "spiritual" person and rely on your strength from the universe or some potted plant on your window sill, the fact remains the same.  We are all responsible for ourselves in this life, whether it be with our happiness or not.  If you like living in a world that offers nothing but complacency or going with the flow, than good for you but do realize that it doesn't mean you're "unhappy" your just "being" and really what's wrong with that?  Probably not a damn thing.
